Welcome to the Circus 4 Youth Website
The Circus Fans Association of America ("CFA") is a fan / hobby organization that has a main purpose of being supportive of the circus, and this includes youth circuses and circus skills training programs. We are just as concerned about the future of the circus as we are its past and present. That is why we have created the CIRCUS4YOUTH web site. Those of you who are part of a youth circus, or similar training program have already taken the first step toward making circus a part of your life. This web site is here to further enhance your enjoyment of our beloved circus, that you are now part of. For those of you who are not part of such a program, but wish to learn more about the circus for perhaps a school project, we are here for you also. The CFA has been in existence since 1926, and currently has about 1800 members. Our membership includes people from all walks of life including active and retired circus personnel. We have meetings, conventions, publish a magazine called "The WHITE TOPS"and now have two web sites. Many of our CFA members will see several circuses a year, sometimes traveling great distances to enjoy a favorite circus. We collect circus related items, such as books, photographs, posters, programs and videos. What sets us apart from other entertainment or sports "fan" groups, is the close interaction and friendships we establish with the people in the circus that we are fans of.
